I take it that you would recommend their WordPress themes.

A bit off topic but, would you know how to connect/hookup a Bootstrap or Vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript website to the phpMyAdmin database provided by most web hosting companies?
Now that I know a bit of coding, WordPress seems like such a chore.
